The Bioinfo-Portal project at LABINFO/SINAPAD-LNCC's CSGrid
Bioinfo-Portal is an easy-to-use service that follows the Software as a Service delivery model and facilitates and supports the parallel and distributed executions of bioinformatics programs and
scientific workflows.
Bioinfo-Portal is built on top of CSGrid and is currently supported by a team with members from the Bioinformatics Laboratory
(LABINFO) and the National System of High Performance Computing
(SINAPAD) from the National Laboratory of Scientific Computing
(LNCC).
